Krentz Johnson has a B.A. in Fine Arts from San Diego State University 1978, attended the Art Student's League of New York 1980, was the Assistant Gallery Director for Womanart Gallery, New York 1979-81, and Co-founder-Director Cygnus Gallery, San Diego 1982-4. In 2003 she began courtroom sketching in San Diego courts.
